Dr. Olufemi Mosaku-Johnson is a leading figure in corporate governance, entrepreneurship, education, and business innovation in Nigeria. With a career spanning over two decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping governance policies, leadership training, and institutional management. He is the founding Registrar and CEO of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria and also chairs Hero Advisory and Governance Services.

His expertise is widely recognized, serving as an expert reviewer for the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and as the State Consultant Counseling Psychologist for Lagos State (PSSDC). His journey began in the insurance sector, spending a decade at Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc as an underwriter before transitioning to the Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre, where he worked for eight years. He later joined the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), where he led the Management and Operations Training Unit, earning multiple accolades for his contributions. Dr. Mosaku-Johnson then moved to the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, where he was instrumental in establishing the Directors' Development Department, facilitating top-tier executive learning programs both locally and in the United Kingdom.

Beyond his corporate roles, he has held key positions in several organizations. He is a Board of Trustees member and Secretary of the International Aeronautics College, Chairman of Laba Foods Nigeria Ltd, and Secretary to the Board of the Medical Ethics and Governance Initiative. He also serves on the Lagos State Post Service Welfare Council and consults for institutions like the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. An IFC-certified corporate governance trainer and a CMD-accredited trainer, he has spent years developing leaders and institutions. He has lectured at Lagos State Polytechnic and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Dr. Mosaku-Johnson has authored 11 books on leadership, management, and entrepreneurship, sharing his knowledge with professionals across different sectors. His work has impacted millions through training programs focused on leadership, operations, strategy, corporate governance, and anti-corruption initiatives. Rooted in heritage, he hails from the paramount ruling house in Aguda-Ogba, Lagos and is happily married with children.
