Olumide Adetunji Idowu is a highly accomplished management consultant, corporate trainer, and leadership development expert with over 30 years of global experience. He is the Founder/Managing Partner of AFID Consulting and holds a Master’s degree in Mineral Exploration (Geochemistry) from the University of Ibadan, with a PhD in Management (in-view) specializing in Organizational Leadership & Consulting.

A certified expert in Project, Quality, Strategy, HR, Agile, IT Service, Business Analysis, and Talent Optimization, Olumide has served in various capacities, including Career Mentor at the University of the People (USA), Visiting Faculty at UNICAF University, and Consultant to the United Nations WFP Innovation Accelerator Program. He was a key contributor to the DASA DevOps Fundamentals 3 & Portfolio Management Certifications and the CertiProf LLC Knowledge Ambassador in Africa.

His expertise spans Portfolio & Project Management, Business Process Improvement (Six Sigma), Customer Experience, Agile Coaching, Leadership Development, IT Service Management, HR Business Partnering, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Performance Management.
