He FOUNDED the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria and chairs Hero Advisory and Governance Services. An IFC-certified trainer and author of 11 books, he has impacted leadership, PROJECT GOVERNANCE and governance across sectors.

Asalagha Okuboere Maria (Mrs.), FGIPM, is a Public Health Administrator and Compliance Specialist with 30+ years in healthcare management. She serves as Director of Public Health Administration at Bayelsa State Hospitals Management Board and Director of Ethics & Compliance at GIPM. With expertise in emergency care, infectious diseases, and governance, she holds an MBA in Public Health Administration and multiple certifications.

He is a Lead Auditor at the Lagos State Safety Commission, ensuring compliance in high-risk industries. As Director of Administration at GIPM, he oversees governance and workflow efficiency. With multiple certifications in ISO Auditing, Occupational Health & Safety, and Project Management, he excels in risk and compliance management.

A certified Scrum Master, he is skilled in JavaScript, Node.js, and cloud computing, driving innovation in the global IT space.
